This policy explains how Diorama Management LLC ("Diorama Agency", "we", "us") handles personal data that you send us through this website. Contact: dioramamgmt@gmail.com.
1. Who can apply
Our services are for women aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn that we have, we delete it.
2. What we collect
- Details you enter in the application form: first name, age, WhatsApp and/or Telegram, email, country, experience, preferred schedule and anything you write about yourself.
- Technical and marketing data attached to the form: language of the page, the page address, the referring site, advertising campaign parameters (UTM) and the country detected from your IP address.
- Information you send us later by messenger or email, including identity documents during verification — only after you decide to continue with us.
3. Why we use it
To review your application, contact you, verify your age and identity, onboard you and, if you join, provide our services. The legal basis is your consent and the steps you request before entering into an agreement. We also measure the performance of our advertising.
4. Who receives it
Only our team and the service providers that process data on our behalf: the form/email delivery service (Web3Forms), messaging apps you choose to contact us on (WhatsApp, Telegram), scheduling (Calendly, only if you book a call) and advertising measurement (Meta Pixel). We do not sell your data. Your documents are never shared with third parties without your written consent, except where the law or a streaming platform's compliance rules require identity verification.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use a cookie to remember your language choice and, for advertising measurement, the Meta Pixel. You can block these in your browser settings.
6. Retention
We keep application data only as long as needed to handle your application and any resulting cooperation, and delete it on request unless we must keep it by law.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR) you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to your data protection authority. Write to dioramamgmt@gmail.com.
